What it is?
A windows based packet replay utility.Useful for replaying the captured network traffic from pcap files.

Great tool
An option to loop (forever) on the emission of a pcap file (or even the full list of files) would be VERY VERY useful.
(documentation of the directives in preplay.ini as well)
Since the software is not open-source, there is no way to contribute.

nice tool..
I ran preplay 1.1 to run multiple pcaps as you mentioned. But only the last Pcap file is running. Not other pcap files. (In this test case i used 2 files. It just runs only the second one)
Let me know if anything went wrong or did i do any mistakes?

Peter looks like some config prob at your end.make sure it is not commented with ';' ideally it should send each and every file listed.

The multiple file doesn't work at my end either.
It doesn't seem to be a misplaces ';' issue.
Oh well, I'll use it with only one pcap at a time...

I cannot find this anywhere on the internet..... seems all links to this are dead ....
